The flower spikes emerge from the top of the canes usually from between the pair of leaves at the top but the spikes can also appear on the sides of the canes just below the leaves. Each growth can produce flower spikes for several years so the more growths you get over time the more flower spikes you will have each year. These like intermediate to warm temps and medium light. Water as the potting mix just dries.
